![]() Updated April 21, 2001 Below are a limited list of some of the links that I enjoy the most. Now, first let me say that it takes an incredible amount of time, effort, and dedication to create and post a site. Each of the webmasters below is an exception to this because these people are not just incredible, they're indescribable! The magnitude of site quality that I've visited in preparing Sorrow's Dawning is so amazing I have to wonder why you all aren't multi-millionaires with dot coms that kick all kinds of ass. These webmaster are amazing and brave to boot. You know how much guts it takes to put up a site, especially if it has what I call Original Content? Anyways, enough with my chatter. IF you are listed in the below sites and do not wish to be, contact me. If you are not listed in the sites below and would like to be, contact me (though I probably have already visited your site and have it planned for the next update). And, if you are listed below, have no problem with being listed, and have a banner that you would rather I use, contact me. Did I meantion that you should contact me with questions, comments, or concerns? ;) Each link will open into its own window. |
| Mitsukake.com | This site was originally posted under Character Shrines and had I seen it sooner last month it would have been a Five Star. For the Mitsukake fan out there this page is exceptionally well developed and has a flare to it that only Mitsukake defines. |
| The Nakago Fan Club | Simply spectacular! This is a great Nakago site and that says alot since he's not a terribly easy character to host a site on. I really appreciate the obvious dedication that the webmaster has put into the site because it looks wonderful and has ample amounts of Nakago stuff. If you want to be informed and entertained in all matters Nakago, try here first. |
| valiance | A shrine to a lesser known character, Chuei. He is the second son in Tamahome's family and such a cute kid. He's really what Tama-chan looked like at about 13 years of age. This site is nice and has a good amount of information considering the character. |
| Fushigi Yuugi Network | This really cool site is actually a pod of shrines. The webmaster is a Nurkio fan but that doesn't really effect all the site. The content is informative, inclusive, and entertaining, plus it's pretty to look at. (April Five Star Selection 2001) |
| Fushigi Yuugi Spazziness | This site has a little bit of everything. It's kinda spastic and random but has really good content if you take the time to read it. |
| Akugi Archive | "Akugi" translates roughly to parody and this site is full of them. The webmaster plans to eventually make the site into a complete archive of all parodies out there, but there's still a ways to go yet. It is extremely humorous and a fun place to visit. |
| The Anti Miaka and Tamahome Site | This will probably be one of the few anit-anything sites that I post a link for. When you go here it's difficult at first to tell if the site is for Fushigi Yugi or not, but believe me it is. Read the content and decide for yourself, since we all have characters we really dislike (mine is Miboshi--> how could he do that to Chiriko!) Take note though that the webmaster does a good job supporting the "anti" nature of the shrine. |
| Cavern of Genbu | I decided to include this as a General Info Site because it contain all the information available on Genbu. The site has been declared complete because there is a limited amount of character information, images, and multimedia out there. The webmaster makes a good point in wondering if Yuu Watase will even put out a Fushigi Yugi for Genbu. That'd be so cool! |
| Once in a Blue Moon | This Hotohori shrine is destined for great things, it's obvious just by looking at it. This ia new links in the late April update and a site I plan on keeping clsoe tabs on for the future. |
| i wish... | Raise your hand if you've been here. This place is really neat and certainly worth your time. It is a Yui site, with everything taken from her point of view. Of the all mikos, Yui is my favorite, so this site really appeals to me. It makes me happy to see it so well done. (April Five Star Selection 2001) |
| Kumo no Yuiren...Yuiren's Cloud | All about Tamahome's youngest sister, Yuiren. This place is so adorable! It has lots of stuff too, considering how little we ever saw or knew of Yuiren. Very impressive! |
| Amiboshi no Miko's Fushigi Yuugi Page | The first of several twins sites that I have listed, this one focuses mostly on Amiboshi but does have some general Boshi Twins information. This is also the homesite for the Amiboshi no Webring. |
| Emptiness | A small site about Genbu seishi Tomite. It is colorful, has a good layout, and is one of the better places to visit if you're interested on Tomite. |
| Futago no Heya | Another Boshi Twins site that's really well organized and has great screen art on the pages. |
| Amber's Nyan Nyan Page | A site dedicated souly to Nyan Nyan. There are message boards, mailing lists, and and impressive collection of awards here. Plus the entire site is for Nyan Nyan! |
| The Chamber of Amiboshi no Aijin | This Boshi Twins site has the largest amount of information of the sites I've seen so far. There are images, fanstuff, and chracter information galore, plus scans from the novel that tells of the twins before the Fushigi Yugi storyline. |
| Brawling Boys: Tamahome and Tasuki Shrine | I have saved the best for last! This site was the first Fushigi Yugi site ever to be made a bookmark on my computer. When I first got itno the anime and began visiting sites onthe web, this was always the first place I went. It's link librbary even today remains a place I go while cruising the web for Fushigi Yuig entertainment. If there's one place you need to be sure to see, this is it. |

A tastefully done Nuriko shrine, this site has limited non-spoiler information, which is very important considering the character. |
